This woman inspires me to think about life differently, as well as, my broccoli. Her website is beautiful and integrates body, mind, spirit. For anyone fighting against cancer her documentary is a must see. She has a new book out Crazy Sexy Diet, a New York Times Best Seller. Brilliantly written with a sense of charm. Even if you don't have cancer we all know someone who does and with her approach you can't help but find the passion within to spark a healthy revolution.

Hello, my name is Michelle and I started this blog to support other people like myself. I feel that there is a real need for people to be supported and uplifted throughout our nation. I truly believe we have strayed so far from one another that we are losing ourselves in the madness. We need to help each other whether it's; inspiration, recipes, advice, or a thoughtful gesture.I want to share with you, what others are doing in our country to pay it forward, including my own stories.
