Matt Farwell, a soldier from 2005 to 2010, has been out of Afghanistan for 18 months, and homeless for 16 of them.

I just love how these three guys did not want recognition for being "heroes". They say in their interview that they don't consider themselves heroes. "Just human beings trying to help another human being. That is your natural instinct." We need more of this! I love it.
